Vacation, part two: by the numbers

9 days, including travel days
90 degrees most days (a HUMID 90 degrees)
$44 in tolls (estimated, round trip)
1 ruined clutch in my car :(
17 hours from ME to VA
16 hours from VA to ME
1770 miles altogether
3-bedroom, 3.5-bath cottage
1 new tooth for Josh
3 ships at Jamestown plantation that were built in Maine
$2 bottle of vodka from the liquor store in NH
1 lizard on our porch
5 hours of sleep (average, per night--issues with Josh and our hard-as-a-rock bed)
3 trips to the pool
18 alligator bites at the smokehouse
526 digital photos
5 visits to Target (yes, almost daily!!)
5 poopy diapers from Josh the day we returned to Maine (not that he was holding back in VA, but he must have been more relaxed at home)

Countless memories

What a handsome little guy! An yes the funny face was very funny. Sorry about the clutch. I think that is what vacations are for, something to break down or something to cost more money than you planned and spent what you did have on vacation. Any way looks like Josh had fun.
