Q Baby Idol

The Portland radio station is having their Q-baby contest again. Last year I submitted this picture and, alas, Josh did not win! How could that be? He is OBVIOUSLY the cutest baby out there. The parameters are that the baby must be under two years old as of 4/1/09, so he fits that one! So, I need your help. Please help me choose which picture to submit. Here are your choices:
